Welcome to the Marshfield Youth Football online registration system. Please select the appropriate program level below to begin the registration process.
The registration system will allow you to provide contact information, sign consent forms and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Individual player registration cost for the season is $325.00. Maximum family registration cost for the 2023 season is $750.00. You may pay in full now, or choose our family payment plan ($125.00 to secure your spot; then $100 on May 1st and $100 on June 1st. Please register before 5/1/23 to avoid a $50 late fee.
In addition to our registration fee, there is a one time fee of $100 that goes towards our league-wide fundraiser of our popular MYF Calendar Raffle Tickets. This will be applied after your registration is complete. All players are required to sell 10 raffle tickets ($10 each) - in doing so you will receive your money back. The league also offers incentives to our players to sell more! This is by far our biggest fundraiser and goes towards fields, new equipment etc. This is also a great way for our players to show their RAMS pride and be an active part of their program.
