MYF Opens Head Coach Application Process

Dear MYF Families,

Over the past several years, Marshfield Youth Football and its Board of Directors have implemented a formal Head Coach selection process for all head coach positions. Each year, all head coach roles are opened to provide an opportunity for anyone interested to apply. Many coaches choose to move up with their teams, while others step aside to allow new leaders the opportunity to serve.

The role of Head Coach is one of the most important positions within MYF. Our head coaches are expected to demonstrate leadership, integrity, and sportsmanship while inspiring our athletes, developing their football skills, and serving as positive role models both on and off the field.

MYF opens the Head Coach Application process each February, with selections typically finalized in March. If you are interested in becoming a Head Coach, we encourage you to submit an application by March 16th.
